Talking to Newsday's Ken Davidoff, Nationals acting GM Mike Rizzo volunteered three trade candidates from his team:"Nick Johnson, or (Josh) Willingham, or (Austin) Kearns, anyone on our roster, if we can make a good baseball trade and improve ourselves, not only for our present but also for our future -- a player that can impact us -- we have to make those kinds of trades."
Rizzo said that in general, the Nationals are seeking young, athletic players with high ceilings in trades.  It seems possible Rizzo will deal within the NL East, with the Mets seeking a first baseman and the Braves needing outfielders.

올 시즌 의욕적으로 시작했던 워싱턴이 슬슬 셀러가 되면서 내년시즌을 기약할려고 하는거 같습니다..
팀의 베테랑인 닉존슨, 조쉬 윌링험, 오스틴 컨스를 트레이드 할 계획이라고 합니다..
아마도 트레이드를 통해서 팀이 미래를 걸 수 있을 유망주를 데려올거 같은데.. 
목마른 팀들로는 같은 동부지구의 메츠와 애틀랜타 구단이 현재 1루수와 외야수를 각각 애타게 구하고 있다고 하군요..

Olney says about six teams have talked to the Red Sox about Brad Penny.  Gordon Edes suggested last night that the "Phillies, Brewers, Royals and possibly the Twins look like teams that could be in play for Penny."

The Reds are looking for outfield help.  Personally I'd like to see what the Laynce Nix/Jonny Gomes platoon can do over a full season.

보스턴의 페니에게 관심을 가지는 구단이 대략 6개 정도 있다고 합니다.. 필라, 캔자, 밀워키, 미네소타 정도가 페니에게 적합한 구단으로 예상이 된다고 하군요..

신시네티는 외야수가 필요하다고 하네요.. 랜스닉스와 자니곰스의 플레툰으로 풀시즌이라.. 흠..
그 외에 애틀의 외야수와 관련된 내용과 보스턴에 피츠버그의 유격수인 잭윌슨이 적합하다는 이야기도 있습니다..

Joe Strauss of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch spoke to Cardinals GM John Mozeliak, who has a gut feeling that it's less than 50-50 that third baseman Troy Glaus will play in 2009.  Glaus is trying to come back from January shoulder surgery.  He'll be a free agent after the season.

According to Strauss, the Cardinals will scour the trade market for a righthanded-hitting third baseman or outfielder.  Strauss names Mark DeRosa (.267/.332/.450) and Garrett Atkins (.192/.272/.291) as candidates.  I found some more players who could fit the bill: Melvin Mora, Kevin Kouzmanoff, Adrian Beltre, Scott Hairston, Jermaine Dye, Jose Guillen, Josh Willingham, Matt Holliday, Marlon Byrd, Austin Kearns, Eric Byrnes, and Ben Francisco.

그런 이유로 그동안 근근이 견뎌가던 3루를 보강할 가능성이 있다고 하는데.. 많은 후보자들이 언급이 되고 있습니다..
우타 외야수나 3루수를 구하는거 같은데.. 그래서인지 샌디네의 쿠즈마노프의 영입설도 있었더랬죠.. 얼캐 될련지..

According to Chico Harlan of the Washington Post, the Nationals designated pitcher Daniel Cabrera for assignment tonight.  Acting GM Mike Rizzo was frank: "I was tired of watching him."  We all were, Mike.  Cabrera told Harlan he would not accept a minor league assignment.

Back when the Nationals signed Cabrera for $2.6MM on December 20th, I thought it was a decent gamble.  They beat out the Mets and Pirates to get him.  But the velocity that made Cabrera intriguing pre-2008 did not return in 2009.  In fact, he lost even more on the fastball.  You have to wonder about Cabrera's health.  He posted a 5.85 ERA in 40 innings for the Nationals.

그의 투구를 보는게 지친다고 하는데.. 올시즌 던지는거 보면 이해가 가긴 합니다..
볼티모어에서 나와서 워싱턴에 입단했을때 혹시나 했는데.. 결과는 결국 실패네요..
특히 카브레라의 건강에 대한 우려까지도 있어서 앞으로 어떻게 될지 전망이 불투명하네요..

독립리그로 간 가니에가 여전히 빅리그로 돌아오고 싶다고 이야기 했네요..
그곳에서 좋은 피칭을 보인다면 분명 몇몇 클럽이 그의 영입에 관심을 가지게 될 것이라고 합니다..
본인의 건강상태는 여전히 건강하고.. 80~85%정도로 생각한다고 하는데..
작년구위로 보면 돌아오긴 힘들어 보입니다..

헛슨횽이 월요일에 20개의 볼을 던지는 불펜 세션을 가졌다고 합니다..
헛슨 횽은 다음주쯤에는 75개 정도를 던지는 것을 목표로 한다고 하고, 불펜 세션의 결과가 좋았다고 하네요..
그는 8월쯤에 올라와서 팀에 공헌하기를 바란다고 하군요..

수요일 경기에서 6회에 오른쪽 엉덩이쪽에 부상을 입었는데.. 통증이 상당하다고 본인이 이야기 하고 있습니다..
검사결과가 나와봐야 하겠지만.. 지금 분위기로는 선발을 한번이나 두번정도 건너뛸 가능성도 있어 보입니다..

소리아가 15개 정도의 볼을 던졌다고 합니다..
일단 피칭후에 통증이나 다른 불편한 점은 없었던 것으로 보고가 되었네요 ㅜㅜ 다행입니다..
앞으로 토요일쯤에 대략 25개정도의 볼로 2이닝 정도로 피칭을 할 예정에 있으며..
그때도 상태가 괜찮다면 다음주부터 리햅을 실시할거라고 합니다.. 어서 돌아오시길 >_<
참고로 어깨부상으로 빠졌던 코코 크리습은 금요일 경기에서 복귀할 거라고 합니다..

오른쪽 엉덩이 부상때문에 DL에 올라가 있는 알렉스 고든이 콜로라도에서 회복중에 있다고 합니다..
상황이 많이 호전이 되어서 이젠 가벼운 활동정도는 할 수 있게 되었다고 하며, 다른 문제가 발견되지 않는다면 타격연습이나 내야수비 연습정도를 시작할거라고 하군요..
아마도 6월말 정도에는 라인업에 들어올것으로 예상이 되고 있습니다

엔절스의 켈빔 에스코바가 싱글A 등판에서 6이닝동안 한개의 안타만을 허용하며 무실점으로 재활을 성공적으로 하고 있군요..
삼진도 8개나 잡았고, 볼넷은 없네요 ㄷㄷㄷ 에스코바는 아마도 마이너에서 한 번이나 이상의 선발로 등판한 이후에 엔절스 로테이션에 합류할 것으로 예상이 되고 있는데.. 그를 위한 로스터를 만들기 위해 팔머가 내려갈 가능성이 언급되고 있습니다..





잠을 못 이루겠네요 ㅡㅜ 그래서 간단하게 올려봅니다.. 후..
이제.. 오늘이면 보내드려야 하는데..
