결국 빅터 마르티네즈 계약은 성립되는 모양새네요.
왠만하면 그 돈으로 선발 사오고, 저렴한 수비형 포수를 잡기를 바랬는데
팜 내에 포수유망주가 없다는 게 아무래도 많이 걸렸던 모양입니다.
아직 확정은 아니고 세부적인 조율 정도는 남아있는 모양인데, 이 정도면 95% 영입이라고 봐도 무방하겠지요.
역시나 절벽쟁탈전에 낑겨들 생각은 전혀 없었던 모양. 하아....

The Tigers declined to offer salary arbitration to Magglio Ordonez.
The 36-year-old Ordonez batted .303/.378/.474 with 12 home runs in 84 games for the Tigers in 2011 and has drawn interest from several teams. As a Type A free agent, he would have netted the Tigers two draft picks had he been offered salary arbitration and declined.
The Tigers did not offer arbitration to Johnny Damon.
An easy call for the Tigers, who will not be inviting Damon back for the 2011 season. He registered a poor .271/.355/.401 batting line and only eight home runs in 536 at-bats in 2010. With poor range in the outfield and a bad throwing arm, his options will be limited on the open market.
The Tigers declined to offer salary arbitration to Gerald Laird.
Laird hit just .207/.263/.304 this year with five home runs and 25 RBI in 270 at-bats and will probably have to settle for a backup job next season. The Tigers have already ruled out bringing him back.
The Tigers did not offer arbitration to Jeremy Bonderman.
An easy decision. Bonderman, 28, had a 5.53 ERA and 1.44 WHIP in 30 big-league appearances this past year while striking out only 112 batters and walking 60. He'll be looking for an incentive-laden one-year deal.

Seay, a 32-year-old reliever, registered a 4.25 ERA and 1.29 WHIP over 67 relief appearances in 2009 for the Tigers, but missed all of 2010 following shoulder surgery. He will probably settle for a one-year deal this winter.

오똑딱과 본더맨은 남고 싶어하는데, 오도녜즈는 몰라도 본더맨은 은퇴수순 밟거나 타팀 가는 수밖에 없을 것 같네요.
특히 빅터 마르티네즈가 들어온다면 오도녜즈랑 굳이 재계약할 필요도 없을 것이고.
좌완불펜 한두명이랑 외야수 자원 하나 정도 잡고 마무리할 듯.
외야 자원은 워스나 크로포드같이 이름있는 애로 갈 거 같네요.
라이언 레이번은 이미 외야 한자리 따둔 상태이지만 브레넌 보쉬는 작년 후반기 대삽질 때문에 아직 모른다는 발언을 DD가 많이 했었으니...
